SB EC Exploring Sustainable Development Goals Through Digital Storytellingser

During December, students engaged in an interactive learning experience centered on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The session began with the teacher introducing the SDGs and emphasizing their significance in addressing global challenges. Students were then divided into small teams. Each team selected two SDGs to explore in depth, focusing on statistical data, including comparisons between countries, particularly partner countries, where applicable.

Using various digital resources, students researched their chosen SDGs, gathering relevant data and identifying key associated issues. Lively discussions, debated the most pressing concerns, and brainstormed strategies to raise awareness. Each group refined their key takeaways to translate their research into impactful messages and developed a concise, engaging concept for a two-minute video presentation. Students enthusiastically experimented with different formats, choosing between live recordings, animations, or slide-based presentations with voiceovers.

In the final stage of the project, each team presented its videos to the class. Constructive feedback was encouraged, focusing on clarity, engagement, and the work's overall impact.

Through this activity, students achieved several key learning outcomes:
