IT EST FR PT Virtual Meeting - What I learnt and What I felt

Virtual meeting started with great game lead by Italy which included all participating countries. The purpose was to practice and show the knowledge and understanding of different languages. This game was followed by interesting presentation about Mathematical balance of ecosystems. This presentation showed how mathematics and informatics are used in sciences. Real case described study of Nebrodi Black Pig.

Meeting continued with students from Portugal expressing their feelings and learnings. We learnt some words related to sustainability in all languages and they presented also one activity they have done named "Rethinking circular economy", where they began the activity learning with a nutritionist about the essencial aspects that we all should take in mind when we choose the food we buy, and then interviewed clients in supermarkets and local farmers market about their purchasing choices and the impact of them in the carbon footprint.

Students from France shared the activities carried out in the school or outside: learning about circular economy in Halle aux Sucres, making interesting presentations about Health and Environment, and learning and making the podcast. Students shared their learnings in Estonia and Portugal.

Students and teachers from Estonia shared the activity called Art Curator Project integrating art and history and students own ideas of the world. Words about sustainability were taught to the group.
