Students were organized in small groups and chose products to research in the internet about their nutritional characteristics and the right way to cultivate them. Second step was organize a visit to a local farmer's farm to observe the growing techniques used and participate in agricultural activities where they have collected and recorded information provided by the farmer, including information on sowing times and consumption periods for each product. Then, in groups, they made some research in the internet to supplement the information provided by the farmer on the richness and nutritional benefits of the products in order to create the posters and flyers about each product to display.

Finally, the students went to the local markets and small stores that sell fresh local products and distributed the flyers to the costumers, explaining the contents, and the advantages of buying local seasonal products.
