Students work in groups to create a dictionary of terms related to sustainable development. Each group is assigned specific themes and searches for relevant terms using the Internet and other reliable sources.

The selected terms are translated from the students’ mother tongue into English and a second foreign language studied at school (French, Italian, Spanish). Each group prepares its part of the dictionary in a digital format, paying attention to accuracy and clarity. All parts are then collected and combined into an electronic book. The final dictionary is published in the school website and made accessible to the whole school community.

During the process, students learn how to evaluate sources and discuss language choices within their groups. The activity also helps them understand the real-life importance of sustainable development concepts in everyday situations.
