PL26 PSLL LG Sharing of the results of the week's work, distribution of certificates

The session marked the final stage of the training course. Participants engaged in reflective discussions, sharing their experiences and evaluating what they had learned throughout the week. They discussed the knowledge gained, the skills developed, and the meaningful connections and friendships formed during the programme. The activity included the official awarding of certificates confirming participation in the training. It also provided space for informal conversations and structured discussions about future cooperation within the RACinE+ project.

The atmosphere was both celebratory and reflective, allowing everyone to appreciate the diversity of perspectives brought by the international group. Participants also exchanged best practices and ideas that they could implement in their own educational contexts. Finally, the session created an opportunity to strengthen professional networks and set concrete goals for sustaining collaboration beyond the duration of the course.

Aims and skills targeted :

The aim of this activity was to conclude a week-long training course for teachers from seven countries participating in the RACinE+ project under the Erasmus+ programme. It focused on reflection, evaluation, and consolidation of learning outcomes. Participants developed skills in self-assessment, intercultural communication, collaboration, and critical reflection. The activity also strengthened professional networking and fostered long-term partnerships.

Results : 

Participants gained a clearer understanding of their learning progress and professional development. They strengthened key competences such as collaboration, communication, and reflective thinking. The activity reinforced international partnerships and established a foundation for continued cooperation. All participants received certificates recognizing their involvement, and concrete ideas for future joint initiatives within the project were discussed and initiated.
