PT 25 LG Welcome

The activity began with the principal presented hilmself and welcomed everyone to our school, followed by the Erasmus + coordinator that called the portuguese students to begin the presentations. They presented our school, and the environmental initiatives that we are implementing in our school like eco-schools, mapear, breathIN and in the major industries in our town.

After the portuguese, it was the time for the italian students that presented their school, the labs, greenhouse, and all the facilities in Istituto Superiore Majorana and a little bit about their town. The Estonians also presented their school, that is a lot different from the others as they are located in the capital of the country and it is a bilingual school. They presented the country, their main activities, food and what can be seen in the surroundings of Tallinn.

Following the individual presentations, the students were invited by the portuguese teachers to participate in a small breaking ice activity. 

They had to mingle randomly and when the teacher said stop, they had to present themselves to the person in front of them, telling them 3 facts about their identity (name, what they like or what they do for hobby or what they think about their personality). They change identities, changing their name tags from then on and they will do it 3 times. After the second time they do not present themselves but the person they are « representing ». In the end each student has someone to present to all the group.

After this activity all the students and teachers were invited to a small break, were they were able to taste some portuguese food (coffee, tea, orange juice, pastel de nata, sandwiches…).
