PT25 CC Conference on sustainability - One Piece after another
24 mars 2025“One Piece After Another” is a movement formed by a group of volunteers established in 2019 that fights against environmental pollution in the Leiria region, through cleanup and awareness initiatives.
It is primarily focused on cleaning beaches in our region, aiming to keep our oceans healthy, which are incredibly important to us, and which we do not always appreciate as we should. This non-profit organisation's project mentor, Ricardo Machado, has done exemplary work preserving our oceans and beaches. In just a few hours, Ricardo and groups of volunteers collect several kilograms of garbage from the beaches, mostly plastics.
