Participants found a partner or formed small groups and took turns introducing themselves. Each person shared their name, the story behind it, its origin or meaning (if known), any nicknames they had, how they preferred to be addressed, and what name they would choose if given the chance. Each participant had approximately five minutes to speak and listen, promoting mutual respect and attentiveness.

After everyone finished sharing, participants took a few minutes to complete two stickers:

Sticker 1 (Informational Notes): They recorded factual information about their partner, including their name, nicknames, the origin or meaning of their name, and their chosen name if applicable.
Sticker 2 (Visual or Symbolic Association): They created a visual symbol, drawing, or wrote a few words representing an idea, feeling, or trait associated with their partner’s name or story.

Participants placed their stickers on a communal board or wall. They then walked around, read the notes and viewed the visual representations created by their peers, gaining deeper insights into each other's identities and experiences.
