Visit to the Ethnographic Museum and Creative Workshop:

As part of our ongoing efforts to deepen students’ appreciation of cultural heritage, we organized an educational visit to the Ethnographic Museum. During this visit, students were guided by museum professionals who provided expert insights into the diverse elements of Serbian cultural heritage. Through this guided tour, students explored detailed exhibits showcasing various aspects of traditional Serbian life, including folk costumes, household furnishings, architectural styles, and everyday customs from different regions of the country. The museum's rich and immersive collection offered students a valuable opportunity to understand the historical and cultural development of Serbian society.

Following the museum visit, the learning experience continued with a creative workshop. Students were divided into four groups and given the task of designing and creating wooden dolls. These dolls were to be dressed in traditional national attire, modern clothing, and international costumes, reflecting the broad scope of influences they had encountered. Using ecological and organic materials provided for the task, students engaged in hands-on crafting activities, translating their newly acquired cultural knowledge into tangible artistic expressions. The process not only encouraged creativity and teamwork but also reinforced their understanding of traditional dress and its significance in cultural identity and continuity.
