ES25 TD The Welcoming ceremony.

Welcoming of the strudents and teachers from Italy, Poland and Portugal started with the speech by the Erasmus+ coordinator Kaisa-Helena Luht and by the principal of the Tallinn English College, Mr Toomas Kruusimägi. Headmaster talked about the importance of uniting students and international collaboration. After a short artistic performance of the English college students, a guided tour around the school lead by local students.

After that the students from Estonia, Italy, Portugal, and Poland introduced their culture and traditions in the form of presentations. Traditions of every month were presentated by Portugese studetns, wornderful dishes and dances by Polish studetns, Carnivals and celebrations together with great food were explained by italian students, and main differences from others were brought out by estonian studetns. Additionally, local students demonstrated Estonian traditional national dance Kaera-Jaan to their peers from other countries. All danced together and had fun. This created an opportunity for shared cultural experiences, collective dancing, and meaningful time spent together.
