ES25 TD Visit to Estonian Parliament

The students and teachers strolled to the building of Riigikogu - the Estonian Parliament, originating from 1922 in Toompea.

There they attended a short lecture of a Member of Parliament, Mr Anti Poolamets. 

He talked about Estonian history, political system in Estonia and the structure of the Parliament. Participants got better view about the history of Estonia and Estonians governmental system. He showed the students a miniature of the Old Town and talked about the histry of the city. City Tallinn was first mentioned in 1154 but surely occupied by Danish king in 1219.

Next, we climbed to the top of the city tower Pikk Hermann and we were given an opportunity to admire the panorama of Tallinn and take exceptional pictures.
  View from the city tower Pikk Hermann showed the size of the parliament and its building to understand the vast area leading the small  country.
