A group of 18 teachers from 7 different countries participating in a joint project met during a teacher training course focused on languages. The event began with a warm welcome from the host institution, including the project coordinator and the school management. Participants were introduced to one another and had the opportunity to briefly present their backgrounds. The coordinators then presented the detailed plan for the entire training week. This included an overview of the scheduled activities, workshops, and collaborative sessions. The objectives of each activity were clearly explained to ensure participants understood their purpose. The session also highlighted the expected outcomes and the role of each participant in achieving them. The atmosphere was friendly and encouraged open communication from the very beginning. This initial meeting helped build a sense of community and readiness for the upcoming activities. Participants were also encouraged to share their expectations and personal goals related to the course. Time was allocated for questions and clarifications to ensure everyone felt confident about the schedule. Additionally, informal conversations during the session helped to break the ice and foster mutual understanding among participants.

Results

Participants gained a clear understanding of the course structure and objectives. They felt welcomed and more comfortable engaging in future activities. Initial connections between teachers from different countries were established. The group developed a positive and cooperative atmosphere for the rest of the training.
