PT HA – Saudade is ….
11 févr. 2026To celebrate “Saudade Day”, January 30th, students were invited to reflect on the meaning of the word "saudade," which doesn't exist in any other language. After this reflection, they carried out different activities:
-each student wrote on a piece of paper what the word “saudade” meant to them;
-students and teachers discussed about the different ideas/feelings and selected some of them to make a mural;
-the words most used by students were selected to write the acrostic “saudade”;
-students recorded a video, with various people from the community, about the meaning of the word (Complete the sentence "Saudade is...");
-students used the App Mentimeter to write about the meaning of the word “saudade”.
