SB CC Mapping environmentally endangered locations
10 mai 2026In this activity, students explored the issue of pollution and environmental challenges in Serbia. In February, they were assigned the task of identifying the most significant ecological problems affecting the country.
After conducting research and collecting information from various sources, the students mapped all proposed issues and selected three major environmental problems for further investigation.
The next stage of the activity focused on identifying the main pollutants and examining the consequences caused by these environmental problems. Students analysed how pollution affects nature, human health, biodiversity, and the overall quality of life.
After completing their research, students created informative posters presenting the selected environmental problem, its causes, and its consequences. In addition, each poster included practical suggestions and preventive measures aimed at reducing pollution and protecting the environment.
Through this activity, students developed environmental awareness, research skills, critical thinking, and teamwork, while also improving their ability to communicate important ecological issues through visual and written presentation.
