After the fieldgame in Palermo city centre, the group moved to the archaeological Salinas Museum where the students were involved in a Detail Hunting Challenge. Each team received a list of clues, photos, or riddles, with the mission to discover a find, snap a creative photo, and solve the cultural or historical question tied to it.

The teams were informed about the rules of the game – the team getting the most points by completing the activities and posting the results of the tasks on the Twinspace of the project first, would have won the detail hunting challenge.

Increased Observation Skills - Participants demonstrated heightened attention to detail by successfully identifying small or easily overlooked elements in exhibits (inscriptions, symbols, materials, etc.).

They interacted more meaningfully with the museum’s collection, moving beyond passive observation to critical examination.

Moreover, thanks to this activity, participants gained deeper insight into the historical and cultural context of the selected items and had the opportunity to recognise in concretely

what had been discussed in the lecture and rediscover the roots of identity of people from the Mediterrenean basin. What is more, participants collaborated effectively in teams, sharing observations and reasoning to solve clues or complete tasks.
