The students were divided in international teams. Each team was given two cards, one for Facts and one for folklore and three cards representing each country (Italy- Poland and Estonia).  In the first part of the game the students were shown a set of statements. After a brief group discussion, they had to decide if the statements were facts or folklore. The groups got an extra point if one of the members of the team was able to add a short explanation or a personal note to comment the statement.

During the second round, the teacher read a short clue, and the teams had to hold on the card with the country name associated to the clue. At the end of the game, the winning it got a sweet reward.

The students had the chance to get to know each other better thanks to a funny and involving activity. This game encouraged them to speak and to interact. During the activity, they laughed, felt at ease, developed teamwork and cooperation skills and they understood how important having good communication skills is. They learnt to discern a fact from folklore and they had the chance of learning something about the other partners' countries, building a more accurate vision of partner countries' cultures (traits and habits).
