RO EP Bacau Palimpsests

On February 14, the college had the privilege of hosting an honorary citizen of Bacau who partnered with Serban Lucian, a dedicated teacher at the institution, to lead an insightful workshop centred on green energy. This event explored the evolution and progress of green energy initiatives in Bacau over the last century, highlighting key developments and future prospects. The workshop began with an in-depth presentation that provided historical context, technological advancements, and the environmental impact of renewable energy sources in the region. Following the presentation, a dynamic debate ensued, encouraging active participation and critical thinking among the attendees. A total of 49 students engaged enthusiastically in these discussions, sharing their perspectives and questions, which enriched the overall experience. The workshop aimed not only to educate but also to inspire the next generation about the importance of sustainable energy solutions. This event marked a significant step in fostering environmental awareness and community involvement within the college. Through such initiatives, the institution continues to promote knowledge exchange and support the development of green energy practices in Bacau and beyond.
